[Chromebox]Why does the touch panel become unresponsive after connecting it to Chromebox?
The touch panel may temporarily become unresponsive when it is performing a firmware update. When connected to the internet, Chromebox periodically checks for new firmware and automatically downloads these updates when available. The update process usually takes about five minutes to complete. Do not unplug the touch panel or any cables connected to Chromebox during this time.
