Intel® Platform Performance Package is a one-stop installer for all software components involved in optimizing processor performance. It replaces the need to install each component separately. To install the Intel® Platform Performance Package Installer (IPPP), you need to first enable the Intel DTT (Dynamic Tuning Technology) or IPF (Intel(R) Innovation Platform Framework) option in the BIOS, and then install the Intel IPPP (Intel® Platform Performance Package Installer) software in the Windows 11 system.

One:Open DTT (Dynamic Tuning Technology) option in BIOS for Intel 600&700 series Motherboards
(Example: PRIME B760M-A D4 and Intel CPU i9-14900KF)
1. After the computer is turned on, immediately press the "delete" or "F2" key on the keyboard to enter the BIOS [EZ Mode], as shown in the figure below: 
2. Press "F7" on the keyboard to enter the [Advanced Mode] page, and click the [Thermal Configuration] option under the [Advanced] page, as shown in the figure below:
3. Click and enter [Intel(R) Dynamic Tuning Technology configuration] option,as shown in the figure below:
4. Set [Intel(R) Dynamic Tuning Technology] to Enabled,as shown in the figure below:
5. Press the <F10> key on the keyboard and click <OK> to save the settings. Open DTT Setting in BIOS Completed. As shown below:

Two:Open IPF(Intel(R) Innovation Platform Framework) option in BIOS for Intel 800 series Motherboards
(Example: ROG STRIX Z890-E GAMING WIFI and Intel CPU Ultra 9-285K)
1. After the computer is turned on, immediately press the "delete" or "F2" key on the keyboard to enter the BIOS [EZ Mode], as shown in the figure below:
2. Press "F7" on the keyboard to enter the [Advanced Mode] page, and click the [Thermal Configuration] option under the [Advanced] page, as shown in the figure below:
3. Click and enter[Intel(R) Innovation Platform Framework Configuration]option,as shown in the figure below:
4. [Intel(R) Innovation Platform Framework Configuration] option is set to "Enabled" by default, as shown in the figure below:
Note: If this option was previously set to "Disabled", please manually select "Enabled", then press the keyboard F10, click [OK] to save and restart.

Download and Install IPPP(Intel® Platform Performance Package Installer)
2. After installation, right-click the Start icon on the taskbar, and then click [Device Manager].
3. There are Intel(R) related components in [Software Components] of [Device Manager], which means the IPPP(Intel® Platform Performance Package Installer) has been installed, as shown in the following figure::
