What is it?
ASUS backs select LCD displays with a Zero Bright Dot guarantee to ensure that your product performs to the highest quality.
How Does it Work?
If your select LCD display performance falls outside of the Pixel Acceptance Detail (see below), ASUS may repair or replace the unit. Exclusions apply and subject to verification. For more information please refer to your product warranty card or contact ASUS.
What is a Bright Dot?
A bright dot is a sub-pixel defect that is permanently "on", displaying a colored (red, green or blue) spot on the display at all times. A dark dot is a sub-pixel defect that is permanently "off". Please note that dark dots are not included in the ZBD program.
